Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments

By using the services offered by Kaha Mind Healthcare Private Limited, the user agrees to pay all applicable charges upfront.

1. All payments are to be made to Kahamind Healthcare Private Limited.
2. Mode of Payment – Payment is supported in all online formats including bank transfers, debit/credit cards, PayPal, and UPI.

Cancellation and Refund

Kaha Mind allows rescheduling of an appointment, free of charge, upto 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of a session. Clients desirous of rescheduling their appointments must inform the team at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A refund will be initiated once due notice is given.

However, a request for rescheduling a session arising less than 48 hours to go for the session will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be made.
